The SLIDER Conveyor-System is a sushi-bar where, either the sushi-chief is inside the conveyor and prepares the sushi in front of the customers, or the customers are face to face and the conveyor passes in kitchen.

We propose 2 systems:
a)  either special sushi-plates are sliding directly on the table,
b)  either conventional plates are placed on under-plates which rolls on the table.

The fish and the other products are placed in front of the customers behind glass. The sushi-chief prepares the sushi and places the plates on the conveyor. The customers take the plates when the plates pass by. The plates have different colors according to the price. The calculation of the empty plates determines the invoice.

The SLIDER conveyor is composed of  :

•  The Invisible Mechanism, the engine and the electric control panel.

•  The Table of the Bar (sawn timber, laminated, corian, stainless steel or others)

•  The Frames (laminated, corian, stainless steel or others)

•  The special Plates which sliding directly on the table or the under-plates on which you will place conventional plates.
